Artwork Requirements
File Format
Please supply artwork as a high-resolution PDF, ideally PDF/X-1a format.
- All fonts must be embedded or converted to curves/paths.
- Please supply artwork in CMYK colour mode.
- Any artwork supplied in RGB or with Pantone colours will be converted before printing.
Artwork Sizes (No Bleed Required)
If your artwork is intended to print exactly to the finished size and does not require bleed, please supply artwork at the following dimensions.
Do not include crop marks.

DL 210mm x 99mm
Artwork Sizes (Bleed Required)
If your design contains backgrounds, images, colours or graphics that run to the edge of the page, please supply artwork with a 3mm bleed on all sides.
Do not include crop marks.

Numbering
If numbering is required, please supply a second copy of your artwork clearly showing the required numbering position.
Hole Punching
If hole punching is required, please supply a second copy of your artwork clearly showing the required hole punching position.
Colour Matching
We print using Xerox production equipment and Fiery RIP technology.
Where Pantone colours are supplied, these will be converted using our Xerox/Fiery Pantone conversion process. The results are typically excellent; however, please note that exact Pantone matches cannot be guaranteed and colour variations may occur.
If colour accuracy is critical, we recommend discussing your requirements with us before placing your order.
